“A space for you, un espacio para ti”
Maybe you’ve gotten really good at holding everything together.
You show up for your family. You take care of everyone else. You meet expectations, keep moving, and somehow find a way to make things work. But underneath it all, you may be feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or simply not like yourself.
Or perhaps the transition to motherhood has brought emotions you weren’t prepared for—guilt, sadness, worry, resentment, overwhelm, or a sense that you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way.
You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
My practice is a warm, compassionate space created with women like you in mind—particularly BIPOC and Latina women navigating depression, anxiety, identity, relationships, life transitions. I also specialize in treating maternal mental health disorders and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen. A place where you don’t have to leave parts of yourself at the door or explain away the experiences that have shaped you. Your culture, family, relationships, responsibilities, and identity are all part of your story—and they deserve a place in the conversation.
Together, we’ll slow things down and make room for you. We’ll explore what you’re feeling, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, connected, and like yourself again.
This can be your space to exhale, be honest, and focus on you.
